Had the pleasure of attending a wedding there, nice place. The staff was friendly, the facilities were very nice. Setting up the wedding, reception and tear down was made easy with help from the staff providing tables and chairs.

Great staff, very supportive and happy to bend over backwards to help you get set up. There is no online booking and it’s very expensive to rent a room, very not attainable for members of the community.

We're paying to use the space. It felt like the staff could be kinder in relation to the amount of money being paid to use their conference room. However, I'm new to this side of business in renting rooms for private use. Perhaps, this is normal procedure. We should be grateful we have the space and not have too high of expectation outside of using the room for what we need it for.

Currently taking ballroom dancing and it has been excellent. I wish they had turf soccer fields, but Tricities does not effectively support the greatest sport on earth.

Large variety of rooms of different sizes for different types of meetings and gatherings. Front desk staff are very friendly. Indoor temperature was very comfortable considering it was close to 100 outside. Bathrooms were very clean. Center was easy to find.

Beautiful facility with a lot of information to offer. The three stars is because we utilized the public area and were treated like a nuisance by the front desk staff.

Nice meeting place, a number of activities to participate in, and shares space with Richland Seniors Association (which really should be called Tri-Cities Seniors Association because, I believe, their membership is open to all three cities as well as West Richland). Well organized events. Watch for Grandparents Day event that's coming soon.
